| Directions |
- Saute sausage, celery, and onion.
- Reduce heat and mix in stuffing mix and egg.
- Place mixture into chicken breasts, secure with toothpicks.
- Brush with melted butter and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place in baking dish with 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup wine.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and cook another 15
- minutes.
- Transfer to serving platter.
- Pour liquid and mushrooms over chicken.
