| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown bacon in a large skillet and remove to a paper towel to drain.
- Remove casing from sausage and in a bowl combine with goat cheese, tomato, onion, mayonnaise and basil.
- Divide each biscuit in half horizontally and place a half in the cup of a buttered or sprayed mini-muffin cup, pressing gently to fit.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon filling into each cup and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve warm.
