| Directions |
- Brown the sausage in large skillet.
- Remove sausage and set aside.
- Add onions, bell peppers and garlic. Saute until softened.
- Add thyme, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and sausage.
- Cook on simmer for 6 minutes, add water and bring to a boil.
- Add rice, reduce heat to simmer. Cover pan.
- Cook for 25 minutes or until rice is done.
