| Directions |
- In a bowl add sausage meat, garlic, scallions, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, egg, and Panko crumbs. Mix well and set aside.
- Open up your wonton skins and fill about 1 tsp in each one.
- Close by wetting the edges and fold. Make sure the edges are sealed.
- Heat oil to med/hi heat. Fry about 1 minute on each side.
- Drain on paper bag or paper towels.
- Serve with the sauce.
SAUCE:
- Mix these together and serve with pot stickers.
