| Directions | - In a small pan, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat until lightly browned and fragrant; set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, miso paste, red pepper flakes, garlic and ginger; set aside.
- Steam the green beans over a pot with one inch of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Transfer beans to a serving dish.
- Pour prepared sauce over the green beans and toss to coat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
