| Directions |
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Prepare 4 12x12 inch pieces of foil.
- Salt and pepper both sides of each filet.
- Place 2 lemon slices on each foil square. Rub garlic onto each lemon slice. Place a piece of fish on top of the lemon and garlic. Sprinkle with dill.
- Wrap securely with foil. Place on the grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
