| Directions |
- Drain and rinse beans.
- In a stock pot, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and green pepper. Cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper, and chilies and cook 1 minute more.
- Add chicken stock, chicken and beans; simmer 1 hour.
