Combine butter, cake mix and 1 egg; stir together until dry ingredients are moistened. Pat mixture into the bottom of a well greased 12x15" jelly roll pan.
Beat remaining 2 eggs lightly, then beat in cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in nuts, pour on top of cake.
Bake at 325° for 45-50 minutes.
