| Directions |
- In a large saucepan or soup kettle, combine the potatoes, onions, water and salt; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in milk, evaporated milk and cheese; heat until cheese is melted.
- Add shrimp, butter and parsley. Heat through.
