| Directions | In heavy sauce pan over low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and salt. I have also used the microwave to do this and it has turned out fine. Just watch closely. Remove from heat; stir in the cookie pieces. Spread evenly into a foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn onto cutting board, peel off foil and cut into squares. Store at room temperature in a tightly covered container. Makes about 2 1/2 pounds. |
