| Directions | Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Knead together until dough forms one ball. Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes, or just until set. Do not overbake! Remove from oven, allow to cool for 3 minutes, and then roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. They keep well in plastic for several days and also freeze well. |
