| Directions |
- Soak pinto beans overnight. Next day sort out and discard any discolored or undesirable beans.
- Place beans in a crock pot.
- Slice 1-1 1/2 " strips across bacon and add to crock pot.
- Dice and add onion.
- Add salt and pepper to season.
- Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
