| Directions |
- Melt butter in sauce pan. Sauté onions, celery and carrots until tender crisp.
- Stir in flour. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add broth and half and half. Stir until thickened.
- Add rice and chicken.
- Add cheese and bacon, stir until melted and heated through. Enjoy!!
