| Directions |
- In a 5 quart pot, combine carrots, potatoes, celery, salt and water.
- Boil 20 minutes.
- Remove from stove & slightly mash potato mixture.
- Stir in evaporated milk, parsley, milk, cheese, ham, & black pepper.
- Return to stove & heat until bubbly.
