| Directions |
- Layer in slow cooker (in this order): Water, potatoes, veggies, meat, creamed corn, and soup.
- Cover and cook for 4 hours - do not stir.
- Mash contents with potato masher, add cheese, and stir.
- Cook until cheese is melted through & serve.
NOTE: If chowder is too thick, add milk. If too thin, add potato flakes. Recipe is great for left over ham from the holidays! |
