| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in the bottom of a casserole dish. Beat eggs. Add milk and sugar and mix well. Stir in cooked rice, vanilla, flour and raisins; one ingredient a time, in that order. Pour rice mixture in casserole dish over melted butter. Top with nutmeg. Bake for 30 - 45 min until set. |
