| Directions |
- Over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add onions and cook until tender.
- Add flour stirring well.
- Gradually add milk and stir until smooth.
- Add potatoes, bacon, and ham.
- Add cheese and sour cream and continue to cook on low heat until melted and ready to serve.
- Serve with garnish of green onions and cheese if desired.
