Stir together flour and baking powder; set aside. Beat butter and cream cheese together for 30 seconds; add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating until well combines. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Working with half the dough at a time, on a lightly floured surface roll to 1/8 inch thickness; keeping remaining dough chilled. Cut into desired shapes. Bake at 375° for 8-10 min. Makes 60 cookies.
If desired, you can sandwich two cookies together with your favorite frosting.
