 | Directions |
- Chop apples & soak in lemon juice plus enough water to cover while making dressing.
- Combine flour, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, and eggs. Cook for a few minutes until it thickens.
- When cool, add the whipped topping.
- Cut caramels into bite size pieces.
- Drain apples well; add peanuts, pineapple, caramels, and dressing.
- Pour into a serving dish.
