| Directions |
- Cut turkey bacon into small pieces and brown in oil until crisp. Drain and cool on a paper towel.
- Place lettuce into the bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan.
- Sprinkle with minced onion, shredded carrots, and frozen peas.
- "Frost" with mayo to cover.
- Sprinkle with Shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle cooled bacon on top of cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
