| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat pan with baking grease.
- Combine flour, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Put buttermilk in a bowl and crumbs in another.
- Roll chicken in flour mixture, then in buttermilk, and then in cornflake crumbs; place in the greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30 min.
