 | Directions |
- Put olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in skillet or wok and heat through.
- Add meat, onion and peppers; cook until browned.
- Add 3/4 cup of water to cornstarch and add to the meat mixture to thicken.
- This is great served over rice.
