| Directions | Preheat oven to 375°. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy consistency. Add flour. Shape into olive-size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press down center. Fill center with jam. (Use raspberry, strawberry, or cherry jam). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden around the edges. |
