| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Flatten ground beef into 8 - 10 flat patties (depends on how much fat is in meat).
- Heat oil in large frying pan.
- Salt and pepper patties to taste. Dredge lightly in flour.
- Fry patties in hot oil. Do not cook all the way. They should be a little pink still.
- Mix 1 can of soup with 1 can of water and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Place patties in pan. They can overlap a little, if needed.
- Take a spoonful of soup out of second can for each patty and spread over the top of each.
- Any remaining soup, mix in the pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, at 350 degrees.
- Goes well with mashed potatoes, using soup mixture in pan for gravy.
- Peas or corn are also a great side dish.
