| Directions |
- Add olive oil and water to a large pan; bring to a simmer.
- Slice peppers and onion; add to pan.
- Stir until water is gone and veggies start to brown.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Cut meat into bite size pieces and brown in pan. Set aside with veggies.
- Add butter to pan and let melt; beat eggs and add to pan, add cooked rice. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Add meat and veggies and cook until all is warm.
