| Directions | Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix the oats and sugar together well. Add the canola oil, mix and let set up for 8 hours. Add cinnamon and mix. Then add almonds, pecans, apricots and raisins, mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Form into cookies and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on racks. |
