| Directions |
- Remove skin from chicken.
- Clean all the fat off of the chicken, by rubbing the chicken with salt and running water. {The salt helps rub the fat off.
- Boil chicken and skim any residue from the top of the boiling pot.
- Pour the chicken and water into colander; let it drain.
- Clean the inside of the pot really well, and mix the water, sugar, and soy.
- Then add chicken to the sauce mixture.
- Boil again until chicken has taken on the color and smell of the sauce mixture.
b>Note: Regular soy sauce can be used. However, additional sugar maybe needed to offset the salt level. ENJOY!!! |
