| Directions |
- Brown & drain sausage.
- Mix soup, milk, onion, salt, pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer potatoes, soup mix, and sausage. Repeat layers.
- Dot top with butter.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hrs.
- Sprinkle top with cheese; heat until melted.
