| Directions |
- Butter 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Layer about half of the hash browns on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together and then spread half of this mixture over the first layer of hash browns.
- Continue with the remaining hash browns keeping back some for the top.
- Top with the remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle top with reserved hash browns for crispness.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
