| Directions |
- Brown ground beef; then mix with tomatoes, paste, and spaghetti sauce.
- Let this simmer for 30 minutes.
- In separate container, mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a 9x13 pan, layer half of the noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella, Cheddar cheese, and hamburger mixture; repeat the layers.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
