| Directions |
- In the unbaked pie shell, place 1/2 of the shredded Cheddar cheese on the bottom, then 1/2 the shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- Place as many slices jalapenos as you wish. The more you use, the hotter the pie.
- Placed the remaining Mozzarella cheese on top of the jalapeno layer; then add the remaining Cheddar cheese.
- Pour the beaten eggs on the top of the pie evenly.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
