| Directions |
- Heat oil in fryer so this is ready for use.
- Cook and dice chicken.
- Pour Cole slaw mix into skillet and pick out any large purple cabbage pieces; this will help to prevent the egg roll wraps from tearing while rolling.
- Mix in chicken. Top with soy sauce, as much or as little as you would like.
- Cook until cole slaw is tender. Takes about 15 minutes.
- Pull apart egg roll wraps and spoon mixture on to wrapper.
- Follow instructions on package on how to wrap.
- Place finished egg roll in to hot deep fryer and cook for around 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve with Easy Cashew Chicken for a great meal.
