| Directions |
- Slice beef into very thin strips.
- In a medium skillet over medium- high heat, heat half the margarine.
- Add beef and cook until browned, stirring often. Set beef aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining margarine. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until tender.
- Add gravy and pepper. Heat through.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Return beef to pan and heat through.
- Serve over noodles.
