| Directions |
- Cook and stir Cheddarwurst and onion in oil in a 12" skillet until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in potatoes, sauce mix, water and pepper. Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
- Add carrots. Cover and simmer another 10 minutes, or until carrots are crisp tender.
- Stir in broccoli and cheese. Cover and cook until broccoli is heated through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
