| Directions | - Cook pasta according to the package directions.
- Add the broccoli to the boiling pasta during the last 3 minutes of the cooking time.
- Meanwhile, coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat the pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the dressing, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Cook 1 minute more.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli mixture and dump into a large bowl.
- Add the chicken mixture and lightly toss. Sprinkle with peanuts if desired.
