| Directions |
- Brown hamburger, drain. Add 2 cups water, simmer 10 minutes drain water save for gravy.
- Add onion, 1 chopped jalapeno pepper, 1 cup tomatoes with chilies, refried beans, 2 teaspoons chili powder, and cumin; simmer.
- For gravy: Simmer 1 cup tomatoes with chilies, 2 cups cheddar cheese soup, 2 cups broth, 1 chopped jalapeno pepper, liquid from jalapeno pepper, and 1 teaspoon chili powder; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Spoon meat mixture into tortilla shells and wrap. Place in large baking pan.
- Pour gravy over top. Top with cheeses.
- Put in 350 degree F. oven long enough for cheeses to melt.
- Top with lettuce, sour cream, and chopped tomatoes; serve.
