| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease large baking dish.
- Mix hash browns with melted margarine. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a prepared baking dish. Bake for 1 hour.
- Tip: You can stir these up ahead of time and then freeze a portion prior to baking. The full recipe makes a lot! You can also add 1 to 2 cups of chopped ham for homemade scalloped potatoes and ham.
- Alternative Version: Instead of frozen potatoes use fresh potatoes sliced very thin.
