- Place the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds. Continue to stir and microwave at 30 second intervals until almond bark is all melted. It should only take 2 or 3 times at 30 seconds.
- Stir in cranberries and pistachios.
- Line a large cookie sheet with wax paper. Pour mixture out on the wax paper and spread out evenly.
- Allow to set until firm. You can refrigerate to speed up hardening but it will harden at room temperature.
- Break into pieces.
