| Directions |
- Cut sirloin into cubes.
- In a large fry pan brown meat in oil; add onion and garlic powder.
- Cook until onions are tender; add soy sauce, mushrooms, bouillon, and 2 c water.
- Cover and simmer 30 to 40 min until meat is tender.
- Combine cornstarch with remaining water and add to meat mixture. Cook stirring constantly until thickened.
- Serve over Rice or noodles.
