| Directions |
- Pour the oil in a large skillet and sauté the garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat until garlic turns brown.
- Stir in the shrimp; and then add the basil and tomatoes.
- Stir for a few minutes and cover.
- When the shrimp is dark pink, remove from stove and serve over portion size whole wheat pasta.
- Parmesan cheese may be added if desired.
