| Directions |
- Cook Pasta.
- Mix together egg, ricotta cheese, 1 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c parmesan. Add fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
- Spray baking dish with non-stick spray; then spread 1 cup marinara sauce in bottom.
- Fill cooked shells and arrange in dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
Note: A cookie scoop works well for filling shells and distributing stuffing evenly between them. Also, note that a box of jumbo shells contains approximately 46 shells. |
