| Directions | Preheat oven to 350. Cream first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Stir in dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in cereal, nuts/coconut, and dried fruit. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet, spacing about 1 1/2 - 2" apart. Bake for 10 -12 minutes. Cool slightly on cookie sheet before removing. Makes about 3 dozen good sized cookies. |
