| Directions | - Cover the bottom of a paper-lined mini muffin tin (12-muffin size) with 1 reduced fat vanilla wafer.
- Top with 2 tablespoons each of thawed Cool Whip lite and fat free yogurt (flavor of your choice). Leave the Cool Whip and the yogurt in layers, swirl the two, or blend together, whichever you prefer.
- Insert 1 wafer sideways into the filling to use as a "handle."
- Freeze until firm.
Note: If you wish to use a muffin tin larger than a 12-muffin size, increase the ingredients proportionally. |
