| Directions | - Combine the ground beef, egg, and onion soup mix.
- Form the mixture into meatballs; then place in a shallow pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF.
- Add the water, hot ketchup, and the grape jelly to the crock pot and stir until well combined.
- Add the baked meatballs to the crock pot and cook on the high heat setting for about 1 hour.
Note: You can make the meatballs ahead of time and freeze them; then when you are ready to use them, thaw them in the refrigerator and heat in the crock pot. |
