Directions
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup.

Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.

Add baking soda, salt, and flavoring.

Place popped corn in large bowl.

Pour syrup over popcorn and mix to coat all popcorn.

Cover 2 jelly roll pans with wax paper.

Spread coated corn in single layer on sheets.

Bake 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

To make burnt sugar syrup, cook 1 Tbs. sugar in saucepan until brown and melted.

-1/2 cup white corn syrup
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon Salt
-1 tablespoon butter flavoring
-1 teaspoon burnt sugar syrup (optional)
-4 quarts Popped Corn
