| Directions | - Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

- Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; then blend this dry mixture into the batter.
- Stir in the oats and chips.
- Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until firm. Cool on wire racks.
