| Directions |
- Cream together the butter, sugar and egg.
- Add the remaining ingredients and beat until mixed well.
- Chill the dough for at least 1 hour. Can be refrigerated overnight.
- Form 1-inch balls, roll in sugar, and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Press lightly with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes.
- Cool on wire racks.
