| Directions | - Spray the bottom of 9- x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 to 3/4 jar of peanuts in the pan.
- Melt the peanut butter chips and butter in a saucepan.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk. Cook until hot.
- Fold in the marshmallows; then press the mixture on top of the peanuts in the pan. Press the remaining peanuts on top of the marshmallow layer. Cool and slice.
