| Directions | - In a large bowl, cream the sugar, brown sugar, and margarine.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
- In another bowl, blend the flour, baking soda, and cocoa; then add this dry mixture to the creamed mixture.
- Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375ºF for 7-10 minutes.
- When you remove the cookies from the oven, place a Rolo candy in the center of each cookie; then allow the cookies to cool on wire racks.
