| Directions | - Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the batter in a 10- x 15-inch pan and bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool; then frost with a cream cheese icing if desired.
Cream Cheese Icing: Combine 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup of softened butter, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy. |
